Donation Policy
DYNK Ministries, Inc.
Effective Date: December 6, 2025
DYNK Ministries, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3). All donations are handled in accordance with IRS regulations and nonprofit best practices. This Donation Policy explains how contributions are received, used, acknowledged, and recorded.
1. Tax-Deductible Contributions
All donations to DYNK Ministries, Inc. are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise noted.
We will provide a written acknowledgment (receipt) for all donations, including:
Date of donation
Donor name (if provided)
Amount of cash contribution or description of non-cash gift
A statement confirming whether any goods or services were provided in return
2. Use of Donations
All contributions are used to support:
The mission and ministry activities of DYNK Ministries, Inc.
Operational and administrative needs
Outreach, discipleship, teaching, and ministry resources
Other ministry initiatives approved by the Board of Directors
We strive to honor donor intent and stewardship standards.
3. Designated / Restricted Donations
Donors may designate funds for a specific purpose or ministry area.
However, designated gifts are accepted with the understanding that:
DYNK Ministries, Inc. retains full control and discretion over the use of all donated funds,
And may reallocate funds to similar purposes if the original designation is fulfilled, closed, or no longer feasible.
“All designated contributions are subject to the control and discretion of the Board of Directors of DYNK Ministries, Inc., in compliance with IRS guidelines.”
4. Undesignated Donations
Unrestricted gifts allow DYNK Ministries, Inc. to apply funds where they are needed most. These gifts support essential ministry functions and general operations.
5. Recurring Donations
Donors may set up automatic recurring donations through our Squarespace-based system and its secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Recurring donations may be paused or canceled by the donor at any time.
6. Non-Cash Donations
We may accept non-cash contributions such as:
Physical goods
Supplies
Certain services (non-tax deductible)
Assets of value (subject to review)
For non-cash gifts valued over $250, a written acknowledgment will be issued describing (but not valuing) the item.
For gifts over $5,000, donors may need to provide a qualified appraisal for IRS Form 8283.
DYNK Ministries, Inc. will provide the required signature on the form but does not appraise or assign value to donated property.
7. Refunds and Corrections
In accordance with IRS rules for charitable contributions to 501(c)(3) organizations:
Donations are non-refundable, except in the case of clear error (duplicate donation, incorrect amount, fraudulent transaction, etc.).
Refunds for product purchases (not donations) follow our separate Refund Policy.

8. Donor Information and Privacy
We protect donor information according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information.
Donors may remain anonymous upon request.
9. Annual Giving Records
At the beginning of each calendar year, we provide donors with a year-end giving statement summarizing all donations made during the prior year, suitable for tax filing.
10. Compliance With Laws and Standards
DYNK Ministries, Inc. complies with:
IRS regulations governing charitable contributions
State and federal nonprofit reporting requirements
Standards for charitable solicitations
Ethical fundraising and donor transparency guidelines
