DYNK Ministries, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values integrity, stewardship, and transparency in all financial interactions. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for donations and product purchases made through our Squarespace-powered website.

1. Donations

Because donations to DYNK Ministries, Inc. support our charitable mission and are tax-deductible, IRS regulations limit when they may be refunded.

A. Non-Refundable Donations

In general, all charitable contributions are non-refundable once received.

B. Refunds for Errors

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate donation

  • Donation made in error (wrong amount, wrong frequency)

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction

  • Technical error with the payment processor

Refund requests for donations must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.

C. IRS Compliance Reminder

If a refund is issued, donors may be required to amend their tax filings if they already claimed a deduction for the refunded amount.

2. Product Purchases

DYNK Ministries, Inc. may offer limited products (books, resources, apparel, or ministry materials) for purchase.

A. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds for products if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item was never delivered

  • A fulfillment error occurred

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

B. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products should be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all packaging when possible

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show excessive wear or damage not caused during shipping.

C. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital downloads or electronic resources

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

3. Shipping Costs

When a return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product):

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued.

When a return is due to customer preference (e.g., “change of mind”), return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on the payment processor (Squarespace Payments/Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
