The Leader’s Guide steers the group through structured discussion questions across five dimensions — understanding, personal reflection, conviction, community, and an optional deeper exploration — along with a personal application commitment and a multiplication challenge that asks each participant to name someone outside the room who needs to hear what this lesson addresses.
The Leader’s Guide covers all 30 sessions and is designed to equip a facilitator at any level of experience. No seminary degree is required. Only a willingness to ask good questions, model accountability and trust the Holy Spirit to do the rest.
